The technical of smog
automatic fire-extinguishing equipment was invented by
fire-fighting Academy of Tianjin in China ,and was only produced
and generalized by our company, it was confirmed by the Ministry
of Public Security Committee. The
technical of smog fire extinguishing equipment has been widely
applied at storage tank in petrochemical industry. It is
suitable for extinguish primary fire caused by inflammable
liquid such as heavy oil, crude oil, diesel oil, kerosene,
petrol, and alcohol ester, ketene, etc. It has great social
benefit and economic benefit. The ZWW series outer tank model
smog automatic fire-extingushing equipment is designed to meet
the fire-fighting requirement of inner floating roof tank and
vault tank. 
The
principle of the fire fighting is the temperature inner tank
rise violently after the fire was out ,the low-melting alloy of
temperature sensitivity ignition head melting when the
temperature comes to 110℃，the
fuse is exposed
and ignited by flame .Then the fire-extingushing agent in the
smoke body is ignited, the smog gas, including great amount of
nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide, vapor, and salt must of alkali
pressure. These gas could cut and cover the blaze, and occur
series complicated physical chemic reaction, that not only has the effect on heat insulation,
suffocate ,cooling ,but also achieve the purpose of put out a
fire rapidly by stop the burning chain with the chemic reaction
caused by the mass aerosol like tiny solid grain(ammonium salt,
potassium salt…)
in the smoke gas.
The
products have outer model and inner model are installed in
consumer’s requirement. There are thousands of equipments were
used in China now. Only one set of the equipment can extinguish
the fire of two thousand ton oil tank. It have had excellent job
in three serious fire of oil tank, avoid fatal expense. In
1987,the technical of smog automatic fire-extingushing equipment
was obtain the gold medal of the 36th " Ulika "
international inventtation fair in Brussels .This is the fire
time was obtain the international award of fire-fighting
products in China ,when China was built..

The product was prescribed in fireproofing criterion of oil
field、oil
warehouse’s design and so on.
